We were met by the owner at 11pm at the property. Our boat was an hour late, and they had arranged a taxi for us from the port. The room was a good size, very comfortable, and had a small balcony with chairs and table and a lovely view. The owners were kindness itself in arranging car hire for us, and advice about buses. They also arranged early breakfasts for us in the room on two days. All the breakfasts were excellent. I would return without hesitation. Milos is a very interesting island, and we enjoyed our stay there.

I loved my stay here! Amazing sized room, beautiful balcony and a 20 minute walk into the 'centre' and the port. Really easy check in with very friendly staff. The room was cleaned each day and overall I really enjoyed my stay! Would definitely recommend

The accomodation was good, as expected. comfortable and big room, breakfast fresh daily served in the room. the staff was great, they accomodate all pur request like last minute late check out abd gave us tips on what to see/do in Milos. location is perfect, 10 mins walking to the town center and 5 to the beach.

Ideal modern studio flat equipped with essentials for self catering. Sea views. Away from the noise of town about 15 minute walk. Friendly owner on hand to answer questions or offer advice

The room was spotlessly clean. There was a nice small balcony with table and chair, and a lovely view out to the harbour of Adamas. The bed was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was clean and functional. There was parking on site and the hotel was only a short distance from the restaurants and supermarket of the port. The kitchenette had everything we needed to make breakfast. I had a couple of Zoom meetings while I was there and the internet coped with them admirably.

View from the balcony was beautiful, particularly at sunrise and sunset. Lovely clean room, with comfortable beds. Great location, easy walking distance from the port area and all the restaurants, bars, bakeries etc. Super quiet and relaxing, highly recommend as a base for exploring beautiful Milos.

Stayed for as a friend trio for 5 nights. The location was wonderful for Milos! The room was very clean and well-kept, although it was a bit small for full comfort between three friends. Perhaps it is not ideal for 3 people who want more privacy (as it was all in the same room), but it worked out well for us. :) The staff was very kind and welcoming, although be mindful of the reception opening hours. Good value for money.

Flora and her son are lovely and extremely helpful. Flora answered all our questions.

We had a beautiful room with a nice patio. They put a lot of thoughts into the renovations. A lot of nice touches.

The kitchenette was great for the evening we did not feel to go eat outside. The hotel is located at 10 mns walk from Adamas and the beach.

Flora helped us to rent a car, and we were grateful for all her advice .

The staff were lovely and the location is great. Only a short walk to the main town and close to the beach aswell. There was also parking for scooters and cars which was handy. The room was lovely and the view was amazing. There was a shuttle service to the port for 10€ which was handy as well.

Out of town center, off the main road but well positioned to travel around the island. Had a brand new apartment with view in the bay. Helpful team. Breakfast served in the apartment. Car parking available

Lovely location, close enough to walk to town and also local bus stop. Panous picked us up and dropped us at the port. Breakfast was served to our room. Would go back anytime

I can't underline enough how Panos and Fiona were responsive and helpful so many time in our brief 1 day stay - we got great food and coffee recommendations, tips to find magical spots the island, and they accommodated us with access to luggage storage/some facilities after we checked out. They really went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. Would 100% come back and recommend to anyone!!

Very nice and modern apartments with a beautiful terrace and sea view. The breakfast was amazing. Great location, walking distance to the beach and port of Adamas.

Very clean, safe hotel, excellent service and family-run hotel. Owners Flora and Panayiotis are always with a smile and service-oriented, very friendly. Hotel rooms are fully equipped, hotel location is nice, 200 meter from a nice beach and within 5 minutes walk from the center of Adamas, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Bus stop nearby with connection to all main touristic areas of the island. Breakfast is freshly made, with good variety, made of local food products. Hotel owner was so nice that drove us to the port with our luggages as it was too hot. Sun umbrellas are available at no extra charge. Free parking at the hotel. Strongly suggest it for couples and families.

Great room and extremely clean. Staff were amazing and full of information as to where to go and how to get there. Breakfast was €12 per person and lovely. We didn’t have breakfast each day but staff were very happy for us to help ourselves to the coffee which was a godsend. Milos is beautiful, different and amazing.

beautifully renovated studio apartments perfect with everything you need, mini kitchenette and amazing bathroom! staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again!

the main part of the town was only a 5-10 minute walk and very accessible and the apartment had views of the town and marina

This property was amazing. The staff, flora was lovely and very helpful with helping me hire a quad bike for my travels. The room was stunning and great location, less than 500m to any food and walk distance to everything. I would stay here again!

The room was super spacious and the place overall was quiet and peaceful, we were walking distance from the local beach and to the main town. The breakfast was amazing, with lots to choose from.

Panos is a really good host. The Bruch was amazing. There prepared for every taste something and think about the details. The room was clean the bed really comfortable. We enjoy the our view from the balcony lot. A really sweet hotel!

Property was so clean and well looked after. It was super modern and had an amazing view. The location was great. It was so peaceful and only a few minute walk to the main beach and 5/10 minute walk into town. The host was so helpful and had an amazing transfer service. The place has a washing service for clothes too. We felt so relaxed and comfortable and made us feel so at home! I would stay here again.

Loved the look of the property as soon as we arrived, it was very close to a quiet beach where we watched the sunset. We booked a room with a sea view and we were tucked away in our own little private area which was nice. The kitchen had all the equipment you could need and the hosts were more than happy to help with anything you needed.

The owners could not do anything more to make guests feel comfortable.

Breakfast was incredible and I will miss it . Home cooked local treats were part of the breakfast . Location very handy and close to everything. As in the pictures.Panos and Flora were beautiful hosts. The made my stay even more memorable. And I’ll definitely recommend their accommodation and I will definitely be back to stay with them myself. Thank you so much Panos and Flora.

Kind helpful and friendly staff -Panos always willing to lend a hand or answer one of my many questions . The buffet breakfast was extensive, nutritious and fresh -something different was added to the menu daily

We stayed 9 nights and had a great relaxing break after 2 months of travel. Great location, spotlessly clean mini appartment large comfortable bed with everything required including coffee machine hot plates and fridge if you choose to self cater

Walking distance to town, resturants, supermarket and a good beach. Breakfast was wonderful and home cooked many choices beautifully presented and included in price. Fantastic view over the harbour from our balcony. Staff friendly and helpful pick-up to and from ferry avaliable 10 euros cost.

This hotel was by far the best we’ve stayed at during our Greek holiday! The rooms are spacious and clean and very modern. The complimentary buffet breakfast was a real treat! And we were surprised by the beautiful sea view. 1km/10 minute walk to the centre of Adamas, and only 3 minutes to the beach. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milos!

Perfect location! Close to all activities, room with a superb view of the sea, very friendly reception staff and top-notch breakfast! If we ever come back to Milos, we'll definitely come back to this hotel! Go there with your eyes closed!

The accomodation is very top of the range, comfortable, modern, clean & the view is a million dollar view from the massive balcony. The beds are very comfortable. Family of 3 in 2 bedrooms unit.

The room was comfortable and clean, with A/C and wifi working very well. Breakfast was delicious, with some greek options and Flora was always nice and helpful. Hotel is a 20 minutes walk from Adamas port and city center.
